Assuming the leak is at the slideout and not coming from a point above it there are four possible locations along the room. As a seasoned camper we have had and have been around many campers. Water whether from rain or your roof mounted air conditioner will pool. When enough water collects it flows over the metal edge piece runs down right behind the inside fascia strips collects on the floor of the rv.

Still though it had weakened a small area of the floorboard. Leaky rv slide out room repair and reseal. Luckily it hadn t had a chance to progress too far. The first thing would be to check the integrity of the slideout seals on both sides the top and the bottom of the slideout.

The water leaks around the point where the slide roof sweep seal rides up over the metal edging piece on each side of the slide. This spring i discovered a small leak in one corner of the slide out room. The source of the leak is from one of two places rain or water condensation being discharged from the roof top air conditioner. If your slide is even slightly sloped back towards the main rv wall then water flows back towards the rv collects behind the inside fascia of the slide.

Having the slide out leak on your rv is always a frustrating experience.
