I worked as a salesman for 3 other roofing companies before i started with rrsa. Not knowing a lot about roofing they were patient with all my questions and did a wonderful job explaining the whole process. All salesmen are w2 employees unlike the industry standard of 1099 independent contractors. Currently they are all over hurricane.

From start to finish rrsa did an amazing job. Pay structure is in line with the rest of the industry but they give weekly pay to cover expenses since commissions are not paid until each job is complete. Five stars from start to finish the service we received from rrsa for our hail damaged roof was great the job was done quickly but still with great care and attention to detail.
